"And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near." Hebrews 10:24-25

We are called to not forsake gathering with other believers.
The Bible is clear: we need each other to remain strong in the faith and to resist the schemes of the devil. Being involved in a church body helps keep your heart soft towards God and provides accountability to not fall back to your old ways.
"let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near." Hebrews 10:22-25
Online church does not replace the local church. Social media, YouTube sermons, and Podcasts may supplement your faith, but they do not substitute for the local body of Christ.
The local church is a place where you are poured into and where you have the opportunity to pour into others. It is the God-ordained community for building up and equipping believers, helping them grow in faith, maturity, and Christlikeness. The local church is a place where spiritual gifts, talents, and resources are meant to be used to serve, encourage, and edify the Body of Christ.
"And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God…that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine… but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.
The local church is a place where we can gather to worship the Lord together, lifting our voices in unity and giving thanks to God.
"be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, submitting to one another in the fear of God." Ephesians 5:19-21
